Payment & Delivery Information
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday) after payment is received. In some cases, dispatch may occur on the next working day.
Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier if not held in stock.
Payment is processed securely via our approved online payment providers.
Estimated delivery time is typically 1–4 working days, depending on location and stock availability.
Rural and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Orders are delivered within New Zealand only.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery regions
We deliver to most areas within New Zealand, including the North Island and South Island.
For offshore islands (e.g., Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stewart Island), additional freight charges may apply. Please contact us for a freight quote if outside standard delivery regions.
Delivery Charges
Freight charges are calculated at checkout.
Free North Island delivery applies to website orders over $400 in value (excluding bulky or special freight items).
South Island freight charges apply unless otherwise specified.
Additional charges may apply for rural delivery.
Please note - We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Damaged Items
All shipments are insured in transit.
If damage is visible upon delivery, please note it with the courier at the time of signing.
If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 24 hours and retain all packaging materials to assist with the claim process.
TrackingIf your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with tracking.
Warranty, Returns & Price Match
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
In the event of a fault, please contact us before arranging any repairs.
If a product is confirmed faulty under warranty, it may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear..
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Refunds or credits will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
A restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.
This returns policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Price Match Guarantee
We may match a competitor’s advertised price under the following conditions:
- Competitor must be New Zealand based
- Identical model and condition
- In stock at both retailers
- Standard retail pricing (excludes clearance or liquidation)
Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase.
